Les systèmes de formation, classe particulière des systèmes de production de services, ont pour mission principale l'accroissement de compétences des apprenants. Nous considérons que ce type d'organisme va devoir faire face à de nombreuses transformations dans les années à venir pour pouvoir répondre aux besoins des apprenants ainsi que des entreprises qui les recrutent et pour pouvoir continuer à exister dans un environnement qui se veut de plus en plus concurrentiel. Ces travaux de thèse ont pour objectif de proposer un système de mesure de la performance des organismes de formation de l'enseignement supérieur ainsi que les leviers d'action permettant un pilotage réactif. Nous proposons donc, dans ces travaux de doctorat, une démarche d'instanciation de notre système de pilotage. Cette démarche se décompose en neuf étapes qui couvrent des activités de définition de la stratégie d'un organisme de formation jusqu'à la mise en œuvre de plans d'action, en passant par des phases de modélisation de notre système. Ces travaux se basent donc sur deux activités principales que sont la mise en œuvre du déploiement de la stratégie à travers la conception du système de mesure de la performance et la conception du système de pilotage. Ces deux activités principales sont articulées autour d une activité de modélisation, indispensable à la mise en œuvre de notre démarche. Des méthodes existantes sont utilisées et adaptées à notre besoin particulier, comme la méthode des tableaux de bord équilibrés pour le déploiement de la stratégie ou le formalisme Statecharts pour le comportement de notre structure de pilotage

Cet ouvrage présente les différentes phases de la conduite de projets de formation, depuis l'analyse de la demande jusqu'à l'évaluation finale des résultats obtenus. Chaque chapitre comprend : cadrage théorique, exemples, outils pratiques.

The controversies that have developed in recent years in the field of education and training around program and competency-based approaches are not without reminiscent of those which are at the origin of a reflection on the question of methods to monitor, control, organize and shape innovation in science and technology "and led to the emergence of the notion of responsibility for innovation and research "(Pellé & Reber, 2015). This book is clearly part of this type of approach. Starting from a current state of play on the issues and controversies raised by curricular and competency-based approaches (Chapters 1 and 2), this book aims at presenting new theoretical frameworks, allowing to account for the processes implied by the implementation of these pedagogical innovations and, in particular, those which, at the very heart of the skills mobilized, promote a "responsibility" dimension. Based on a developmental approach to individual and collective competencies and their evaluation (Chapters 3, 4 and 5), it attempts to show how this approach can mobilize educational practices on strong societal issues, such as "sustainable development "(Chapter 5). Lastly, it aims to provide theoretical and practical benchmarks to help engage educational teams and institutions in these innovative and responsible approaches by providing a coherent framework for doing so (Chapters 6, 7 and 8).
