Excerpt from The Law of Wills in Michigan With Forms The subject of Wills is an interesting and important one when viewed from the standpoint of one jurisdiction, especially where the decision of the Court have been of uniform high order and where these have settled most of the points involved in the subject. Precedents, with some exceptions, have not the value in will cases that they have in other branches of the law, and therefore a presentation of the decisions of this particular jurisdiction in a systematic and logical order, amplifying, supporting and illustrating the general principles, will suffice to point out the way for the solution of new problems.
