Says they have made Harrison G. Otis their attorney. Has written to employ Mr. Parson and Mr. Dane as attorneys for Knox. Postscript says Judge Sullivan can get the case continued to April if goes to the Court of Common Pleas. If it is sent to the Superior Court it will be August.
