Los procesos educativos en los últimos años, se han modificado con la promoción y divulgación de las Nuevas Tecnologías de la Información y la Comunicación (NTICs), el docente que no se actualiza respecto al desarrollo de estos elementos en su práctica pedagógica, queda al margen de los avances científicos, de las herramientas didácticas cibernéticas por decirlo de algún modo, del contexto de sus estudiantes, y del contexto mundial.
