An air fryer shares similarity to a convection oven . Both cook food using hot air. But unlike an oven, an air fryer doesn't require the use of oil. The food gets its crispiness from contact with super-heated air and the natural sugar content of the food. Air fryers use infrared or halogen bulbs as a heat source. The bulbs are placed in a chamber above the food. There's also a fan to circulate the air and push it out towards your food. This creates convection, similar to an oven, which helps food cook evenly. Air fryers offer many advantages when compared to other cooking methods: Food cooks up to 40% faster than an oven. A hotter heat source means foods can get crispy on the outside without overcooking on the inside! A pressure sensor adjusts the temperatures automatically for even cooking, whether delicate fish or chicken wings! An air fryer uses one-third of oil compared to conventional deep frying. An air fryer doesn't actually fry food, rather it bakes or roasts food in super-hot air temperatures. This allows and let the food to cook much faster than using traditional methods like baking or roasting, which often requires a long time and more fat for optimal results . This is one reason why food cooked in an air fryer doesn't taste burnt. This book covers ? Breakfast recipes ? Vegetables and sides ? Meat recipes ? Fish and seafood recipes ? Snacks and dessert And a lot more! Air fryers are ideal for making a whole host of tasty dishes. Because the air-frying technology is brand new, we're really just starting to figure out all of the potential uses. Some people use air fryers to make deep fried chicken, but you can also make many different types of foods including French fries, paleo bread, banana chips, and even oatmeal pancakes! And yes - you can even make ice cream!

Air fryers are a very great way to make delicious fried foods without the guilt and with the added convenience that comes from using less oil. Air fryer is a culinary term for a small kitchen appliance that cooks food quickly without using oil. It requires no oil, no butter, and no messy clean-up; just simply put your food in, turn it on, and wait for dinner to arrive. The results can be incredibly tasty and very low in fat and saturated fat content, as well as calories. This is an alternative to deep-frying food, where you need to use a lot of oil to coat your food. Once you put too much oil in your air fryer, it becomes more like a deep fryer and the fat just melts off of your food. The results can be less tasty as well as less healthy. Air fryers feature two components that work together to accomplish this: a fan and a heating element. The heating element heats up the air inside the fryer, which in turn heats up your food to cook it from all angles and sides. You'll be able to maintain temperatures ranging from around 130–400°F. This is the temperature range in which most foods cook best, so this temperature range represents an optimum balance of cooking power and safety. This book covers - Breakfast recipes -Vegetables and sides -Meat recipes -Fish and seafood recipes -Snacks and dessert And a lot more! Air fryers are very versatile. They can be used differently to fry, bake, roast, grill, and even dehydrate foods. They can even be used to cook frozen foods like French fries, nuggets, and chicken fillets! It is perfect on space-saving, which is an added advantage that was implemented right from the thoughts of its design. It can fit in almost any area; tabletop, fridge top and even on the dinner table if you are the kind that likes to cook and eat at the same time.
