Musical Characters: 1 male, 3 female Interior Set Book and Lyrics by Alan Ayckbourn. Music by Paul Todd. Mrs. Mary Yately is no run of the mill housewife-- she has been chosen by the Evening Echo as Mum of the Year. And, Mrs. Yately is no ordinary character in this brilliantly inventive new musical by Britain's comic master-- she is three separate personalities, played by three actresses. One actor plays all the men in Mary's life, all of whom are, shall we say, not on this world to make her life easier. "We know that Alan Ayckbourn writes more ingenious comedies than anyone else. Now, he is starting to write more ingenious musicals as well. Me, Myself and I offers more civilized pleasure than any other British musical I've seen this year."-- London Guardian. "Splendid, galloping music and rapid fire lyrics."-- London Standard.

The title of this book describes how things are sometimes, and we do not even realize it. We, as selfish flesh, live our lives for us. It is you or me and nobody else. God especially has no room in the picture. We go about our day doing what we want when we want with no thoughts of giving God any of our time. We do not realize at the time that it is because of God's grace and mercy that we are still here despite our shortcomings. Some of us do realize it and are just stuck, like I was, in the dark, praying and hoping that one day you will get out of your situation. Drugs, alcohol, domestic violence, suicide, thinking of harming others-all these things and more can be delivered with prayer, counseling, and the right relationship with Christ. That is the purpose for my book: to encourage, uplift, and touch hearts so that God can heal. Fight for salvation. It is well worth it. I am a living testimony.

What’s Going On? In today’s era, the 1990s, this is what’s going on and society can see it’s not just paranoia - it’s real plain old fashioned hatred. These dramas were shown in movies such as Roots, The Ring, School Daze, Queen, and even Bedroom Eyes, to name a few - seemingly condemning ‘some shades of color’ in America. These movies and others show how society in this era is fragmenti ng, with racism, prejudice and discrimination against their own brothers / sisters that stemmed from the beginning and over the mere evolution of ti me, developed over the centuries to become what it is today. Division, dividing and conquering - one can see throughout the five centuries and fi ve statuses, the changes make no differences, that bias and bigotry with hatred still exists with all people of the world, and will remain until the Judgement Day. This is one reason why the Black’s fi ft h status change should require another box for the multi -mixed Americans, such as Black and Indian and White, Black and White, Black and Asian and White - etc., when the census comes around again. These individuals need to become and develop their own identities as born American citizens, and this change should have taken place along with the fifth status change for Black Americans. Future Americans may vote this in. This takes care of yesterday, today and tomorrow for a new beginning of all people, with hope for tomorrow. The late singer - songwriter by the name of Marvin Gaye may have been propheti c with his song, “What’s Going On?” It sounds just like today.

Ever stumble when choosing between "who" and "whom," "affect" and "effect," "lay" and "lie"? Are you worried that how you speak or write is holding you back at work? Do you fear you're making frequent conversational errors, but just aren't sure what's correct? How you use language tells people a good deal about who you are, how you think, and how you communicate. Making simple errors in written and spoken English can make you seem less sophisticated, even less intelligent, than you really are. And that can affect (not effect) your relationships, your friendships, and even your career. This comprehensive, easy-to-use reference is a program designed to help you identify and correct the most common errors in written and spoken English. After a short and simple review of some basic principles, When Bad Grammar Happens to Good People is organized in the most useful way possible--by error type, such as "Problem Pronouns" or "Mixing up Words that Sound the Same." You choose how to work your way through, either sequentially or in the order most relevant to you. Each unit contains tests at the end to help you reinforce what you've learned. Best of all, the information is presented in a clear, lively, and conversational style--this is not your eighth-grade grammar textbook! Ann Batko is a business communications expert and former executive editor of Rand McNally & Company. She has trained numerous advertising, marketing, and publishing executives how to be effective writers and presenters. Edward Rosenheim is the David B. and Clara E.
