Text book for tertiary law students which introduces students to methods of study for business law subjects. Especially useful for students who have not undertaken legal studies before and those for whom English is a second language. Topics covered include essay writing, note taking and case reading. Exercises are prescribed to test skills and answers are provided by way of example.
