SPRING BRINGS DAZZLING BIRTHS LONGING FOR NICE SUMMER RAYS DAYS OF AUTUMN SPICE Flowers Radiate Beauty is a collection of haiku that invokes wonder and expresses emotion from the eye’s of an avid nature lover. This world is full of big and small, beautiful creations, tiny and tall. Witnessing the splendidness of our environment, our senses delight in the pleasures of Earth’s illustrious treasures. We truly do, reap what we sow. It is incumbent for everyone to see the forest for the trees and stop to smell the roses (yes, cliches). Seriously, each human being should be grateful to share the glory of such lush greenery and vast waters with other inquisitive and unique animals, on land and in the sea. We should not take anything for granted. Life is truly what you make it and we all need to take an account in preserving our God-given habitat and all of its organisms. Firefighters witness many unfortunate tragedies. Seeing people at their worst, in pain and in need of fire or medical services, has put life into perspective for me. It has been said, that if you love what you do, you’ll never have to work. No cliché. I’m fortunate to have a network of supportive friends. I enjoy helping others and encouraging them to maintain a positive attitude through adversity. Having the opportunity to speak with my flowers, affords me time to meditate and reflect on meaningful moments. I hope that you also find joy in watching objects flourish.
