This book constitutes the refereed proceedings of the International Conference on Embedded and Ubiquitous Computing, EUC 2007, held in Taipei, Taiwan, in December 2007. The 65 revised full papers presented were carefully reviewed and selected from 217 submissions. The papers are organized in topical sections.
