It's time to exercise with "Faithfully Fit Cross-training The Temple God Gave You" a Christ Centered Guide For Lifestyle Change by flexing your spiritual muscles for the Almighty "El Shaddai" and began to self-regulate your mind, body and spirit through optimal functioning and washing with the word. Your body being the temple is a sacred gift from God. Honor it, take care of it and it will honor you. Stay healthy, stay fit, and stay strong with exercise. Began to feed your body both in the heart as well as, the stomach. Limiting that goodie word called desserts. Subconsciously, your mind plays tricks and will turn that demon of a word around making you feel you desire it. When in fact, the word desserts is the word stressed backwards. As we all know, stress has a way of making us acquire and appetite for things which may be unhealthy to us.As (Proverb 16:26) says, "the appetite of the laborer works for him, for the need of his mouth urges him on." "So guard your mouth, keep your life. But whoever opens wide his lips comes to ruin." (Proverb 13:3) Began to meditate with that powerful tool the Holy Word. "For the word of God is alive and full of power." (Hebrew 4:12) Concentrate, go into your secret room, close the drapes and talk to the Lord. Tell him to fix me Father. Begin to rest in him. The word is like the spinach of life that helps to strengthen your day to day existence. Have you noticed that only the dying and dead have no appetite? So hunger and thirst no more of righteousness, eat the word. "It can make a happy heart good medicine and a cheerful mind work healing, but a broken spirit dries up the bones." (Proverb 17:22)~ When we began to share with God, he will began to move us to higher praise and less constant thought of high caloric foods. Stop resting in your old self-image and began to obtain more self-confidence to start loving your body, the temple. "In this freedom, Christ has made us free and completely liberated us; stand fast, and do not be hampered and held ensnared and submit again to a yoke of slavery which you have once put off" (Gal. 5:1 AMP) For although our outer man may be progressively decaying, our inner self is being renewed day after day. (II Cor. 4:16) Let us began to embrace aging gracefully, and do it with eloquence and style. For aging is not just about outer body decay a superficial exterior but, it is about inner growth, wisdom, keeping fit and maintaining ones active lifestyle. For our God provides new cereal bowls of mercy daily to each of us. Try the prescription word/body exercise approach. It's not a temporary solution. It's life lasting! The Christian life is built on three seemingly unremarkable practices: reading the Bible, prayer, and fellowship with other believers. However, according to David Mathis, such “habits of grace” are the God-designed channels through which his glorious grace flows—making them life-giving practices for all Christians. Whether it’s hearing God’s voice (the Word), having his ear (prayer), or participating in his body (fellowship), such spiritual rhythms of the Christian life have the power to awaken our souls to God’s glory and stir our hearts for lifelong service in his name. What’s more, these seemingly simple practices grant us access to a host of spiritual blessings that we can only begin to imagine this side of eternity—and the incredible joy that such blessings bring to God’s children today.

You might be crushed by shame over your mental illness, only to be told by well-meaning Christians to “choose joy” and “pray more.” So you beg God to take away the pain, but nothing eases the ache inside. As darkness lingers and color drains from your world, you’re left wondering if God has abandoned you. You just want a way out. But there’s hope. In I Love Jesus, But I Want to Die, Sarah J. This book will help you to pause and marvel at Jesus, whose now-glorified wounds are a sign of his unfailing love and the decisive victory that he has won: “He was pierced for our transgressions, he was crushed for our iniquities; the punishment that brought us peace was on him, and by his wounds we are healed.” (Isaiah 53:5) This book can be used as a devotional. The chapters on Holy Week make it especially helpful during the Lent season and at Easter.

The perfect gift! A specially priced, beautifully designed hardcover edition of The Joy of the Gospel with a foreword by Robert Barron and an afterword by James Martin, SJ. “The joy of the gospel fills the hearts and lives of all who encounter Jesus… In this Exhortation I wish to encourage the Christian faithful to embark upon a new chapter of evangelization marked by this joy, while pointing out new paths for the Church’s journey in years to come.” – Pope Francis This special edition of Pope Francis's popular message of hope explores themes that are important for believers in the 21st century. Examining the many obstacles to faith and what can be done to overcome those hurdles, he emphasizes the importance of service to God and all his creation. Advocating for “the homeless, the addicted, refugees, indigenous peoples, the elderly who are increasingly isolated and abandoned,” the Holy Father shows us how to respond to poverty and current economic challenges that affect us locally and globally. Ultimately, Pope Francis demonstrates how to develop a more personal relationship with Jesus Christ, “to recognize the traces of God’s Spirit in events great and small.” Profound in its insight, yet warm and accessible in its tone, The Joy of the Gospel is a call to action to live a life motivated by divine love and, in turn, to experience heaven on earth. Includes a foreword by Robert Barron, author of Catholicism: A Journey to the Heart of the Faith and James Martin, SJ, author of Jesus: A Pilgrimage

The author of Desiring God reveals the biblical evidence to help us see and savor what the pleasures of God show us about Him. Includes a study guide for individual and small-group use. Isn’t it true—we really don’t know someone until we understand what makes that person happy? And so it is with God! What does bring delight to the happiest Being in the universe? John Piper writes, that it’s only when we know what makes God glad that we’ll know the greatness of His glory. Therefore, we must comprehend “the pleasures of God.” Unlike so much of what is written today, this is not a book about us. It is about the One we were made for—God Himself. In this theological masterpiece—chosen by World Magazine as one of the 20th Century’s top 100 books, John Piper reveals the biblical evidence to help us see and savor what the pleasures of God show us about Him. Then we will be able to drink deeply—and satisfyingly—from the only well that offers living water. What followers of Jesus need now, more than anything else, is to know and love—behold and embrace—the great, glorious, sovereign, happy God of the Bible. “This is a unique and precious book that everybody should read more than once.” —J.I. PACKER, Regent College, Vancouver, British Columbia
