A broad region of the electromagnetic spectrum long assumed to have no influence on living systems under natural conditions has been critically re-examinjld over the past decade. This spectral region extends from the superhigh radio frequencies, through de creasing frequencies, to and including essentially static electric and magnetic fields. The author of this monograph, A. S. Presman, has reviewed not only the extensive Russian literatur!;"l, but also al most equally comprehensively the non-Russian literature, dealing with biological influences of these fields. Treated also is literature shedding some light on possible theoretical foundations for these phenomena. A substantial, rapidly increaSing number of studies in many laboratories and countries has now clearly established bio logical influences which are independent of the theoretically pre dictable, simple thermal effects. Indeed many of the effects are produced by field strengths very close to those within the natural environment. The author has, even more importantly, set forth a novel, imaginative general hypothesis in which it is postulated that such electromagnetic fields normally serve as conveyors of information from the environment to the organism, within the organism, and among organisms. He postulates that in the course of evolution or ganisms have come to employ these fields in conjunction with the well-known sensory, nervous, and endocrine systems in effecting coordination and integration.

As the convergence of multiple functions in a single electronic device drives current electronic trends, the need for increasing integration density is becoming more emphasized than in the past. To keep up with the industrial need and realize the new system integration law, three-dimensional (3-D) integration called System-on-Package (SoP) is becoming necessary. However, the commercialization of 3-D integration should overcome several technical barriers, one of which is the difficulty for the electrical design of interconnections. The 3-D interconnection design is difficult because of the modeling challenge of electrical coupling from the complicated structures of a large number of interconnections. In addition, mixed-signal design requires broadband modeling, which covers a large frequency spectrum for integrated microsystems. By using currently available methods, the electrical modeling of 3-D interconnections can be a very challenging task. This dissertation proposes a new method for constructing a broadband model of a large number of 3-D interconnections. The basic idea to address the many interconnections is using modal basis functions that capture electrical effects in interconnections. Since the use of global modal basis functions alleviates the need for discretization process of the interconnection structure, the computational cost is reduced considerably. The resultant interconnection model is a RLGC model that describes the broadband electrical behavior including losses and couplings. The smaller number of basis functions makes the interconnection model simpler, and therefore allows the generation of network parameters at reduced computational cost. Focusing on the modeling of bonding wires in stacked ICs and through-silicon via (TSV) interconnections, this research validates the interconnection modeling approach using several examples from 3-D full-wave EM simulation results.

On August 3, 2019, I was challenged on Albert Einstein's Facebook news-media page that Einstein had requested someone to solve the "Interconnection of Universal Gravity," for which, after my theory, I label it as Universal Energy because gravity is only the negative force that reacts after a positive force is applied. I began thinking about Sun-rays, where I theorized that the Sun-rays break down into individual particles of micro-energy that transfer through atoms in the atmosphere, onward into planetary polarity to the planet's core, and through space to Black Hole equilibrium circuits, where a Reformation Processes creates new matter and star systems. My Micro-Energy Particle Theory and Formulas for Scientific Laws: E=mv is the total wattage energy of a stand-alone mass E=m+p=m-p+g=g-m is the basic Universal Energy process through a generic mass E=V(I)=(G+L)=W is Universal Energy through a Atomic Number Lighton-Lightan Voltage Force-Shield Equilibrium Point Circuit Many ask, "why is the sky blue?," and my theory solves why, where, and how light intensity and color spectrums exist, and since I'm a decadent of the Royals, and a relative of Einstein, I serendipitously labeled myself the Knight of Light. The analysis shines a light onto nearly every conceivable energy process from stars, space, planets, atmospheres, atomic elements, light, gravity, human biology, evolution, weather, medicine, education, chemistry, physics, astronomy, energy, atomic mass formulas, scientific laws, etc.
