Esta obra se presenta como un manual donde los dos autores han realizado una nueva reconceptualización sobre los estilos de enseñanza en la Educación Física. Tal vez lo más llamativo es que en esta ocasión a la teoría le ha seguido la investigación y la experiencia práctica.
