The Yearbook is laid out in a manner similar to the Statistical Abstract of the United States. The first section includes demographic and population information such as births, deaths, and other demographic characteristics of the State. Sections B and C contain economic information. Sections D, E and F contain information about elections and government finances and employment. The sections that follow cover banking and insurance, energy and utilities, housing, education, public safety and criminal justice, education, health and human services, transportation, agriculture, and environment.

The New York State Labor Code is a collection of civil labor law statutes for the State of New York. The code is made up of statutes which govern the general obligations and rights of employees and employers within the jurisdiction of the State of New York. This is the 2018 edition, and is complete and unabridged. It does not contain any legal analysis.
