It commences: Beginning at a point at the Mouth of Poison Swamp, running thence, and then embraces about 110 closely written surveyor's entries, delimiting the boundaries, and filling the whole page. Sheet 2, p. 2, contains a blank ms. Legal document drawn up by Justice Henry Reddick, and has nothing to do with the land records. The sheet was convenient for the. Subtracting needed acreage in the Destina tion Park category - from the total needed acreage in Class III leaves a balance of acres. The cost estimate to acquire and develop this acreage is 233 million dollars. To help interpret the nature of Class III needs, it should be pointed out that specialized outdoor recreation areas are of the nature that fee acquisition is not always necessary or desirable for them.
