He died 21 March 1710 in Milton, Massachusetts. Descendant, Zenas Crane, was born 9 May 1777 in Milton, Massachusetts. His parents were Stephen Crane and Susannah Badcock. He married Lucinda Brewer (1787-1872), daughter of Gaius Brewer, 30 November 1809 in Wilbraham, Massachusetts. They had nine children. He died in Dalton, Massachusetts in 1845. Descendants and relatives lived mainly in Massachusetts and Connecticut.
