Practically all positions covered by telegraphers' agreement are paid on a daily basis, and we feel the few that are not on a daly basis should be treated the same as if they were on that basis in 1915. Furthermore, the Boston Maine does not pay this class of employees monthly, but once a week, and General Order No. 27 provides no table of weekly rates.
