Una de las cosas que más me ha llamado la atención es observar a las personas cuando disfrutan de algo, cuando están sonriendo, cuando comparten momentos importantes y vez el brillo en sus ojos. Y me pregunto ¿esto es felicidad?Cómo es que si venimos a la vida y al mundo para ser felices y disfrutar de todo el legado de la tierra que se ha preparado para recibir a la humanidad, no somos capaces de encontrar la fórmula de vivir en conciliación y paz con el planeta y entre nosotros mismos. Mejor dicho te pasa algo muy desagradable y tú siempre estás dispuesto a seguir adelante con un espíritu emprendedor y regalando actitud ante todos. Muchos expertos mencionan algo así como que es el regalo de la lotería genética que te dice que pase lo que pase tú siempre estarás con la mejor disposición.Entonces si vemos por un lado que las personas buscan siempre la felicidad a través de estar bien de salud, tener dinero, estar bien en el amor etc. Y por otro lado cuando la vida te dice "no" tú siempre dices "si," porque es que la felicidad es tan importante en la vida del hombre, como la definimos, que tiene que todos la buscan, estará fuera o dentro del hombre. ¿Será un mito? Como un día por la tarde en la universidad una persona me dijo "la felicidad es solo un mito" todos buscan la felicidad, el hombre desde que viene al mundo quiere ser feliz, y se pasa toda su existencia buscándola, pero cuando la encuentra vuelve a sentir la sensación que no dura para siempre, que hay que estar detrás de ella, Además vemos como el nuevo orden socioeconómico nos dibuja a la felicidad asociada a tener o conseguir algo que te haga sentir diferente, único y las sociedades se perfilan bajo este nuevo paradigma, "para ser feliz debe tener.....," así la humanidad se mueve bajo un mercado de consumo y obtención de objetos, de tener ciertos perfiles físicos, de lucir prendas o joyas, de acumular riquezas y de tener mucho dinero, para tener sensación de que esa es la felicidad plena.En fin estas y otras dudas serán tratadas en este libro como: Qué es la felicidad, la felicidad es un mito o es real, de donde nace, que nos dice la psicología positiva al respecto, la neurología y la felicidad, la meditación hacia el camino de la paz y armonía, la buena alimentación, el dinero y la felicidad, la trascendencia, cultivando emociones positivas, la religión y la espiritualidad, mecanismo de recompensa del cerebro. This Spanish-language anthology contains selections by 45 Latin-American authors. It is intended as a text for upper division Latin American literature survey courses. The anthology presumes a high level of linguistic command of Spanish, and it contains footnotes to allusions and cultural references, as well as words and phrases not found in standard bilingual dictionaries used in the US. Emphasis is on major 20th-century writers, while important works from colonial and 19th-century literature as also included. The diverse selections of Literature Hispanoamericana will enable students to have a more sustained exposure to major voices of Latin American literature than possible in anthologies built around fragments. By focusing on fewer authors but more significant selections from their writings, students will have a greater grasp of major canonical figures as well as emergent voices.
