The Congressional Record began publication in 1873. S. 1948, to revise conflict-of-interest provisions concerning commissioners, employees, and executive reservists of FCC. Considers S. 204 and similar bills, to suspend FCC equal-time provisions for Presidential, congressional, and gubernatorial candidates. Reviews air-time access rights of minority parties.
