The newest addition to the Code of Federal Regulations presents federal regulations relating to the activities of the new Department of Homeland Security. It covers topics such as classified national security information, disclosure of records, enforcement of nondiscrimination, restrictions upon lobbying, and the support of anti-terrorism by fostering effective technologies.
