The Code of Federal Regulations Title 11 contains the codified Federal laws and regulations that are in effect as of the date of the publication pertaining to Federal elections.

Title 11 presents regulations governing election procedures and processes. Issues covered include presidential elections, campaign funds, and election financing. Additions and revisions to this section of the code are posted annually by January. Publication follows within six months.
