On the book and its creation: I myself have been suffering from borderline since 2007. It's not beautiful and many people can't understand this disease. Therapies also help only to a limited extent. It did me good to write down my thoughts. This frees my head and lets me think more clearly and focus on the beautiful things in life. I have tried several diaries - very simple - but here I had no negative thoughts. Books in which I had to mark my feelings with a cross - that annoyed and restricted me too much. That's how I designed my own book. Simple, simply dated, plenty of room for what happened to me that day and some room for the things I didn't like that much. The positive should simply stand in the foreground. A friend encouraged me to publish this book - and now it's here. I hope that it will also help you to get along better with your borderline.
