During her tenure she has ministered to various groups to include women in the Oxford House program, home group bible study groups, teens, women's fellowship bible studies, children's program, and creating discipleship materials for future growth needs. She also developed a street witnessing outreach. She has been labeled as an instigator of change because of her ability to inspire others in new areas. She currently holds a certification as Temperament Counselor, Licensed Clinical Pastoral Counselor, and Professional Clinical Member of National Christian Counselors Association (NCCA) Her education includes the University of Maryland Asian Division with final completion through AIU with a BA and MBA in Management.
