This table will facilitate the location of the federal program descriptions as well as indicate which groups of federal programs are used by each state agency. A table showing federal aid awards by state agency is appended. Programs within each agency are listed by the numbers assigned to them by the us. Descriptions of each program include the proper name, program description (objectives and services provided or supported), formula description, matching requirements, account identification number (federal), and a table illustrating the outlays to Illinois for FY 1989, FY 1990 and FY 1991.
