This publication covers all the wild cat species found in Africa, but most emphasis is given to the lion, leopard and cheetah. It comprises five chapters, each of which is illustrated with paintings (some full page), sketches and drawings. All the illustrations show the behaviour and activities of the different species, their interactions with their prey and features of their environment such as resting places in trees or on rocks and vantage points on fallen trees or termite mounds.
