In November the subcommittee held 1 day of hearings on proposals for dealing with multiparty litigation. We will be discussing admiralty jurisdiction and cases involving the United States as a party this week and in 2 weeks, on May 16 and May 18, hearings will be held on Federal question jurisdiction and the jurisdiction of three - judge courts.
