Brynn McAdams isn't the awkward geek she was in high school—she's grown up and confident, or at least she tries to be. But when her old crush, the impossibly handsome and impossibly unattainable Sawyer Raines, comes back to town to direct her community play, Brynn finds herself determined to be the glamorous girl she knows he'd want, not the shy girl he doesn't even recognize. Good thing she's an excellent actress. After his bad breakup in NYC, the last thing Sawyer wants is to get involved with another actress. But the poised and beautiful Brynn draws him in, even though as her director, he knows she's off-limits. The few glimpses he gets of the goofy, carefree Brynn just makes her feel...familiar. Like home. As Brynn's lies start to snowball, she struggles to stop acting and come clean. But what if Sawyer is already falling for the fake Brynn, not the Brynn she truly is? Each book in the Accidentally in Love series is STANDALONE: * Falling for Her Fiance * Act Like You Love Me * An Officer and a Rebel (novella) * Resisting the Hero

Voices of the heart is a collection of poems and lyrical bits of real life emotions, pains, joys, moments and dreams captured in words. This collection of poetry spans over 45 years. I wrote my first poem as I can recall when I was but a teenager. I, remember seeing some beautiful red birds in the trees, it was a thing of beauty and in those day, I did not have a camera. Through the years as things touched my heart are bothered me I wrote about them. At that time, I only wrote about it so I can remember it and had no inkling of composing a book poetry, but after writing so many poems through the years of my good and bad experiences and now that Im retired and live in the woods by the lake and sits on my porch much of the time it came into my spirit and I decided to clean some of my bits up and put them together for everyone who wish to share them. I call my collection Voices of the Heart. This collection of poems concerns mostly my life for the last 45 years through the joys, pains and strife two marriages, six meaningful relationships, six children, four different women, undergraduate and graduate degrees from two colleges one is south and one in the Midwests and having reside in three states. My life has always been a journey never a destination. I am about 60 now, my thoughts are still beyond the familiar. I often think about getting my doctorate degrees, build a house in the mountains and making more memories. I cherish every fleeting moment and appreciate life like its no tomorrow, every day.

Many couples find themselves gaining weight as they settle into a relationship, but some couples manage to buck this trend. They exercise (together or separately), they support each other's healthy eating habits, and their relationships are stronger as a result. What are their secrets? It turns out that many of us are ignoring the most powerful tool we have to help us get healthier and stay healthier--our spouse or significant other. For more than twenty years, Drs. Thomas Bradbury and Benjamin Karney, codirectors of the Relation¬ship Institute at UCLA, have been studying how couples communicate around these issues, witnessing firsthand how partners can help (and hinder) one another's progress toward better health. The human heart was created with a great capacity to love. But along with that comes a great capacity to feel pain. There is no denying that those who love us, who are closest to us, can wound us the most profoundly. That kind of pain can be difficult, if not impossible, to overcome. And it can feel even more impossible to continue loving in the face of it. Yet that is exactly what we are called to do. Sharing his own story of personal pain, pastor and New York Times bestselling author Jentezen Franklin shows us how to find the strength, courage, and motivation to set aside the hurt, see others as God sees them, and reach out in love. Through biblical and modern-day stories, he discusses different types of relational disappointment and heartache, and answers questions such as Why should I trust again? and How can I ever really forgive? The walls we build around our hearts to cut us off from pain are the very walls that block us from seeing hope, receiving healing, and feeling love. Here are the tools and inspiration you need to tear down those walls, work through your wounds, repair damaged relationships, and learn to love like you've never been hurt.
