With Abe's karate tournament safely a thing of the past, the scene shifts to December, which can only mean one thing...Akari and Abe's very first Christmas!♪ Abe wants to know what Akari's favorite thing is, so she proposes a game: if he can figure out what that is, she'll give him anything he wants. Surprising absolutely no one, the gorilla boy is all too happy to rise to the occasion!

Akari couldn't think less of her school's karate champ, Abe-kun, despite him being the national champion. He's giant, uncouth, and couldn't be more different than her sweet angel and childhood friend, Takuto. But when Abe-kun injures his arm protecting her, she takes it upon herself to get him healed—after all, the school's pride is at stake—but finds the tables suddenly turned when he confesses to her! Turns out the ace of the karate club makes a pretty good boyfriend, too! Abe has a chance to tour the campus of his dreams in the Kansai region during their field trip and Akari excitedly tags along. But as she maps out their future together, she makes a startling realization…

Now, in their third and final year of high school, Akari and Abe are charging full speed ahead toward their futures. For Akari, that means studying for college entrance exams while Abe busts out all the stops for one last hurrah at Interhigh! (When your partner's doing their best, it's hard not to follow suit!) With their final summer break just around the corner, it's time to see exactly where our two heroes will end up, once and for all!
