Ivhittier; and that five thousand copies of such Memorial be printed and bound for the use of the Legislature. And that each member of the Legislature, the Clerk and Chaplain of each branch, and the Sergeant at'sarms be allowed ten copies each, and the other officers of the Legisla ture, and the reporters to whom seats are allotted in the two branches, and each city and town in the Commonwealth, one copy each; the residue to be distributed or otherwise disposed of according to the best discretion of the Committee.
