The Charge at the time Rev. Tobias was pastor [ca. 1870-1890] consisted of Reformed churches at Jerusalem or White Oaks in Penn Township, Cocalico or Bethany in Ephrata Township, Zion's at Brickerville [earlier called Reyer's in Elizabeth Township], Salem at New Haven, now called Kissel Hill.
