NPIN 15330: This report presents data from the Georgia site selected for the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention's HIV Family of Surveys, designed to establish an HIV seroprevalence baseline and to monitor trends over time in selected populations including women, intravenous and non-intravenous drug users, adolescents, and children. The surveys were conducted in sexually transmitted disease (STD) clinics; drug treatment centers; and clinics serving adolescents, tuberculosis patients, or the homeless. Information on current and projected seroprevalence, cases and case rates, and HIV counseling is provided. Much of the data is presented by race and gender and most is provided in chart or table format.
