Eiko, had once almost given up on being a singer, but she held her hopes close as she continued to fight her way up...finally, it's time for her to step forth onto the stage of her dreams, Summer Sonia!!

The curtains finally rise on Eiko's stage at the outdoor music festival, Summer Sonia! But there are only a mere 300 or so people at Eiko's stage, while Keiji Maezono has gathered over 10,000 people! All because Keiji swiped Kabetaijin from Eiko's team, and Keiji's men are blocking the bridge to Eiko's stage. Under these overwhelmingly terrible circumstances, Kongming reveals a crafty grin. His new strategy is going to bring everything together and end Keiji's evil meddling!!

Eiko has taken up the challenge to gather more guests to her stage than her rivals at the major music festival, Summer Sonia! Keiji Maeono stands in her way, using his money and influence to manipulate the festival and buy his way to the top. To thwart Eiko, Keiji has devised a plan to scout Kabetaijin to his side. However, Kongming has a plan up his sleeve…to use the Fire Attack Strategy to burn Keiji to the ground! Will the hopeful southeast wind blow into the war-torn Summer Sonia grounds?!

Zhuge Kongming reincarnates into present-day Shibuya and is working with the up-and-coming singer, Eiko Tsukimi, as her tactician! While Eiko has to record her all-new, original song, she finds herself trapped in a terrible slump! To help her get her creative juices running, Eiko goes busking on the streets and that's when she meets Nanami, a girl after her own heart. After her experiences, Eiko finally finds the true reason for her singing. But to her dismay, Nanami is actually from the rival band who are aiming to win the "100,000 likes challenge," just like her!

The famous general, Zhuge Kongming, reborns into present-day Shibuya after his death. He takes up the role as the singer, Eiko Tsukimi’s tactician, to bring peace across the world by using club music! After Eiko’s concert ends in a grand success, the team is ready to prepare for their next battle, an outdoor festival. What kind of scheme does Kongming have to help Eiko, who’s stuck with a booth that’s located in the most remote place of the festival?!

Kongming has created a new label, "Fourth Kingdom." Their first job is to have an artist collaboration mixed concert with the major artists of the three biggest labels in Japan! In order to make this collaboration a success, Kongming will have to put to work some of his usual tricks...will he be able to accomplish such an unbelievable feat?

The curtains rise on Eiko's solo concert! Ai, caught between her sparkling dreams and the cold harshness of reality, has come to watch Eiko sing. Seeing her old self in Ai, Eiko decides to give Ai that little push she needs to take a leap of faith by singing her heart out in hopes of her voice reaching Ai's heart. But seeing the dazzling Eiko on stage, Ai feels overwhelmed as she retreats further away into the shadows. Despite this, Eiko still continues to sing, her voice louder than ever, to bring Ai out of the darkness and forward into a bright future. Will Eiko's thoughts finally reach Ai?
