This document sets out the Disability Inclusion Strategy (the Strategy) for the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) for the period 2022 to 2026. The Strategy outlines WIPO’s direction for the next five years, and will serve as the foundation for our progress on disability inclusion. It sets out our commitment to disability inclusion, the drivers for change, and the strategic framework with expected result areas. It will be complemented by an action plan.

The first report in a new flagship series, WIPO Technology Trends, aims to shed light on the trends in innovation in artificial intelligence since the field first developed in the 1950s.

It conceives of the Marrakesh Treaty as an international instrument that employs the legal doctrines and policy tools of copyright to achieve human rights objectives.

This study has emerged from an ongoing program of trilateral cooperation between WHO, WTO and WIPO.
