Wiley Jarrett Davis (1811-1877) was born in Lincoln County, Tennessee. He married Mary Ann Tedford (1814-1897) in 1830. She was born in Tennessee. Their children were born in Giles and Hardeman counties, Tennessee. Family members lived in Mississippi, Louisiana, Tennessee, and elsewhere. Also includes transcription of one of their daughter's family Bible records. She was Frances Caroline Davis (1832-1862) who married William A. McDonald, son of Nancy and Daniel McDonald, Sr.
