While performing a scene from "A Midsummer Night's Dream," Una and Dan accidentally summon Puck who enables them to witness tales of English history.

Tells the story of Dan and Una and their adventures with Puck as he introduces them to the nearly forgotten pages of Old England's history and to the people who had lived near Pook's Hill and helped make that history. Includes stories and poems.

Unlike some other reproductions of classic texts (1) We have not used OCR(Optical Character Recognition), as this leads to bad quality books with introduced typos. (2) In books where there are images such as portraits, maps, sketches etc We have endeavoured to keep the quality of these images, so they represent accurately the original artefact.
