This family genealogy history traces the Wilson male line from Daniel Wilson b abt 1748 in Virginia to Nathaniel who migrated to KY about 1800 to James Wilson who came to Scott County in 1840. It then chronicles the Scott County Wilsons thru 2016. It includes a description of their life in the various venues especially the author's, who grew up in Alsey from 1947 to 1970. Robert Smith (1623/1626-1693) emigrated about 1638 from England to Boston, Massachusetts, married Mary French about 1656, and settled in Rowley (later Boxford), Essex County, Massachusetts. Descendants and relatives lived in New England, New York, Illinois, Nebraska, Minnesota, Washington and elsewhere.
