The total number of Everyman's Library volumes that still survive somewhere in the world exceeds 70 million. Since the inception of the Library in 1906, nearly 1200 unique volumes have been published, constantly placing the world's greatest books before a large public. A few of these titles proved unpopular and were never reprinted. But most were reprinted dozens of times, packaged in numerous ways, and benefited from updated editorial work and book design over the last century. Terry Seymour has studied and researched every aspect of this great mass of books. He now captures and distills this knowledge in A Printing History of Everyman's Library 1906-1982. A critical feature, of course, is to update the various collecting factoids that have emerged since 2005 when his Guide to Collecting Everyman's Library was published. The meat of the new book, however, is the Bibliographical Entries section. Each volume that has ever been printed receives its own entry, detailing every printing, each dust jacket variation, any new introductions, updated scarcity numbers, and all relevant notes. Typically an entry contains at least six lines of information, but often much more. In essence, each entry is a story written exclusively about each volume. Armed with this resource, collectors and booksellers can know reliably everything about the Everyman's Library volume that sits on their shelf or is ready to be purchased or sold. They will see how a book fits into the total printing history of that title, and be able to describe and value the book with precision. To further enhance the value of this book, color images illustrate all of the key collecting points. An extensive index of editors, translators and artists is now included. Not just a solo effort, the Printing History has been vetted by other expert collectors, ensuring greater accuracy and comprehensiveness.

Saving a dragon can complicate a thief’s life… One job for the dragon king. Myra had been obliged to do just one job to make up for the teeny, tiny mistake of breaking into the king’s hoard. Rescue his son. Restitution satisfied. Myra, clear and clean from one of the bigger mistakes of her life. And since the son in question turned out to be a sexy dragon shifter named Christopher—not Chris—a shifter she wouldn’t mind getting to know better. The job… Not a total wash. But still, just one job. The dragon king has other ideas. Myra doesn’t normally work for other people. She steals what she wants, when she wants, because she wants to. Her favorite marks…rich people who don’t even know their stuff is missing. But when a dragon king wants to hire you, and pay you a small fortune, to retrieve an old relic, what’s a thief to do? Having Christopher along for the ride, doesn’t hurt. Spending more time with him is almost worth the irritation of working for his father again. Complicates things too, though. Myra likes interesting. Complicated worries her. And her feelings for Christopher are getting complicated. keywords: Paranormal Romance; Shapeshifter Romance; Shifter Romance; Dragon Shifter Romance; Urban fantasy; urban fantasy romance; heist fantasy; paranormal urban fantasy; contemporary fantasy; paranormal fantasy; dark fantasy; horror fantasy; mystery fantasy; paranormal mystery; crime fiction; magic fantasy; witches and wizards; urban fantasy magic; dragons and myths; alternate history urban fantasy romance

From Fox News' politics editor Chris Stirewalt -- a fun and lively account of America's populist tradition, from Andrew Jackson and Teddy Roosevelt, to Ross Perot, Pat Buchanan, and Donald Trump. Whatever the ideological fad of the moment, American populism has always been home to a fascinating assortment of charismatic leaders, characters, kooks, cranks, and sometimes charlatans who have - with widely varying degrees of success - led the charge of ordinary folks who have gotten wise to the ways of the swamp. This attitude of skeptical resentment also makes populism a fertile field for the work of conspiracy theorists and other enthusiastic apostates from civic convention. After all, if the people in power are found to be rigging one part of the system, why not the rest? Every Man a King tells the stories of America's populist leaders, from an elderly Andrew Jackson brutally caning his would-be-assassin, to William Jennings Bryan's pre-speech routine that combined equally prodigious quantities of prayer and food, to Ross Perot's military-style campaign that made even volunteers wear badges with stars to show rank. It is a rollicking history of an American attitude that has shaped not only our current moment, but also the long struggle over who gets to define the truths we hold to be self evident.
