His experiences prompted him to serve as an immigration expert advocating for better immigration reforms. In this book, he tackles the topic of immigration and how it comes and goes in waves depending on climates around the world as well as the ways the topic can be better handled by officials.

Based entirely on personal observation and experience, this book presents bits from the life history of the many immigrants in the United States and Europe that the author has come to know.
