At the dawn of the 21st Century a new universe of reflection within America reveals itself through deep spiritual inner-observation and extra-sensory perception; THE UNIVERSE OF CHROME. There e-manuscripts are a life journal of self-discovery and achievement, compiled for many years and electronically written and created in the last 15 years. It reveals the existence of human perception across space and time, as it brings forth a futuristic sports culture heterosexual Christian based religion, a divine spiritual language code that translates and interprets accurate numeric messages, and its measurements of time uses the memory of Jesus Christ as a prophetic time marker of fulfillment. It introduces the CHROME Boy Scouts and Girl Scouts (a heterosexual scouts' program) with a civic practice program and rank ascension. The program is focused on self-achievement and excellence represented by CHROME; the tallest royal tower trophy in the universe.

Devotion to the Name of Jesus in Medieval English Literature, c. 1100 - c. 1530 offers a broad but detailed study of the practice of devotion to the Name of Jesus in late medieval England. It focuses on key texts written in Latin, Anglo-Norman, and Middle English that demonstrate the way in which devotion moved from monastic circles to a lay public in the late medieval period. It argues that devotion to the Name is a core element of Richard Rolle's contemplative practice, although devotion to the Name circulated in trilingual England at an earlier stage. The volume investigates to what extent the 1274 Second Lyon Council had an impact in the spread of the devotion in England, and beyond. It also offers illuminating evidence about how Margery Kempe and her scribes used devotion, how Eleanor Hull made it an essential component of her meditative sequence seven days of the week, and how Lady Margaret Beaufort worked towards its instigation as an official feast.

This book proposes an alternate theory of media evolution that accounts for the appearance of a new medium in the malpractice of older media. Smallest Mimes addresses complex issues of media transition, the inherent confusion of media definition by use of metaphor instead of phenomenological description, and the impact of individual media function and structure on both textual and imagistic content. Bringing together Majkut’s past speculations on media, Smallest Mimes interweaves a general theory of media, a theory of historical media change and transmission, and a theory of media genesis in technological adequacy/inadequacy.

Over the course of ten centuries, Islam developed a rich written heritage that is visible in paintings, calligraphies, and manuscripts. The Islamic Manuscript Tradition explores this aspect of Islamic history with studies of the materials and tools of literate culture, including pens, inks, and papers, Qur'ans, Persian and Mughal illustrated manuscripts, Ottoman devotional works, cartographical manuscripts, printed books, and Islamic erotica. Seven essays present new scholarship on a wide range of topics including collection, miniaturization, illustrated devotional books, the history of the printing press in Islamic lands, and the presence and function of erotic paintings. This beautifully produced volume includes 111 color illustrations and provides a valuable new resource for students and scholars of Islamic art.
