Detective (Michael Hue), a man full of secrets tries to solve a homicide case of a young woman name (Rosanna Cambridge) Who was murder in cold blood inside her apartment; a case related to twelve other victims before her. As panic rises in the city, an FBI agent (Olivia Donnavan) is sent to the local police department to take lead on a case that had put civilians' safety at risk, especially women.
