Minutes and agenda (1970-1972) of joint meetings of the Divisions of Welfare Services and Mission Services Standing Committees contain election of officer results; activity reports; budget and finance reports; and discussion of the function and structure of the Divisions of Welfare Services and Mission Services, the unification of the administrative programs of the two divisions, and programs, projects, and other activities of the division. Minutes and agenda are the protocol copy set in that they contain executive session minutes, exhibits, and reports which were not widely distributed. Minutes and agenda from 1970 through March 1972 pre-date the unification of the two divisions. Minutes and agenda dated October 23-24, 1972 are from a meeting held after the two divisions united their programs.
