This book attempts in making in-roads, in to ‘Spirituality’, for the usage of a common man, in personal and professional lives. Initially, the book introduces 'Terminologies', needed to grasp the ‘Concept of Spirituality’. The book takes us on the journey of ‘Decision Making’, a critical aspect of human lives. Our actions are dependent on the decisions that we make. We know that actions create Karmas. Actions are preceded by ‘Thoughts’ and have two back stage operators- 'Emotions and Intent'. 'Karmas' are thus, initiated, moment 'Intents and Emotions' are set in. Did you also know that our 'Intents and Emotions' have a source in our 'EGO'? The book goes on to provide 'Simple and Short' acronyms for its readers to 'delve into', to practice them in their routine daily life, and to make their lives more effective. The book takes us to application of 'Spirituality' in the daily routine of one day of living. This entails raising our energies high enough, even to manifest what we wish to attain and that which we wish to discard. Before coming to nine meditations in the last Chapter of the book, it also covers, "How to attain ‘Oneness’ and ‘Universal Consciousness’, much needed for living in ‘Awareness’. This would lead us to be ‘Balanced and Discriminative’. This ensures us to understand our own-selves better and make us more contributing to the society around us. Meditation makes us ‘Focus and Concentrate', initially on '3-D Object (s), then to a Line (2-D), to a Point (1-D), and finally on The Subtle SELF'. The book, paves the path for us to move beyond 'Maya-Ignorance’, which binds and limits the human through development and usage of ‘Intellect’. This would make us un-limited, free, balanced, and make us apply infinitude and oneness, in our routine lives.

Both our Lord and the devil know there isn't anyone on earth more powerful than a travailing intercessor who truly knows how to pray effectively. God stands ready to open heaven to those believers who learn the art of intercession. Angels await divine instructions that will cause the darkness over our families, our nations and the world to be pierced by marvellous breakthrough. On the other hand, the enemy is absolutely terrified at the thought this could happen. He knows it would release God's best for us and for our families. Marriages would be healed and financials fortunes reversed. Nations would be changed and set free. It is for this reason that he has done everything he can to discredit the intercessory prayer ministry and cause so much misunderstanding to surround it.Apostle Natasha has done an remarkable job in teaching us how to explore these exciting new dimensions of prayer and intimacy with God. She does so in a way that is wonderfully helpful to us by breaking down this mysterious aspect of prayer into practical steps any believer can follow and come to love. Reading this book will leave you feeling as though you have opened a door and taken a step into another world, marvellous and life-changing, that previously was only understood and accessible to a select and chosen few. I should point out this book isn't about theory or hypotheticals. Natasha leads an incredible group of intercessors who have for years been journeying through these extraordinary realms of life changing territory. I have prayed with them on many occasions and been blessed by them. You not only need this book, it needs to sit beside your Bible and be picked up and referred to often. It will help change who you have been in prayer into the incredible and powerful world changer you were created to be by God.Dr. R. Heard, PhD.Christian TabernacleHouston, Texas

What is spiritual travail? And is it necessary for the believers to enter into it? The Lord Jesus travailed for the souls of men and it took Him to the cross. He is even now travailing as High Priest for the house of God to be built. He travails for His people to know Christ in an intimate relationship. He travails for His children to grow up into sonship. The travail of Jesus meant agony, suffering, the giving up of His life. He humbled Himself and became obedient to the cross. In the same way His followers are called to travail for His full purpose to be fulfilled, His kingdom to come and His will to be done on earth as it is in heaven. This means burden, agonizing, suffering, and brokenness over His will and purpose. This is spiritual travail. If there is a willingness to give up one's life for God to have full control, the Holy Spirit will do the rest of the work in the vessel to prepare it to carry His burden and travail for it. This is the highest ministry one can have in the kingdom.

"Here is a no-nonsense theologian who goes for the jugular. In Forsyth's company we are aware of both the glory and the gravity of what we are doing when we go to our knees in prayer." -Eugene H. Peterson P. T. Forsyth is sometimes described as an English pre-cursor to Karl Barth. He was born in 1848 to a Scottish family of humble origins and later in life attended Aberdeen University, where he graduated with first-class honours in classical literature in 1869. In 1876 he was ordained and called to minister in Shipley, Yorkshire. In his early ministry in the Congregational Church, Forsyth fought orthodoxy and sought for the right to rethink Christian theology and pursue liberal thought. In 1878, however, Forsyth experienced a conversion from, in his own words, "being a Christian to being a believer, from a lover of love to an object of grace." A profound awareness of pastoral responsibility was awakened which radically altered the the course of his ministry. His conversion thrust him from the leadership of liberalism to a recovery of the theology of grace. Quickly, he became one of the better-known figures in British Nonconformity. In 1894, he received a call to Emmanuel College in Cambridge, where he preached his famous sermon, "Holy Father" in 1896. In 1901, he accepted a position as principal of Hackney Theological College, London where he remained until he died in 1921. Over his lifetime Forsyth published 25 books and more than 260 articles. He is often credited with recovering for his generation the reality and true dimensions of the grace of God.
