This work is gotten out by the Brotherhood of Railroad Trainmen at considerable expense, not as an advertisement, nor with the hopes of realizing a money profit there from, but as a book of reference for the enlightenment of its members, and we believe it will be found a valuable book for managers and their superintendents.
