CDF and D0 have collected a huge number of B meson during 1992-1993 collider run. The major results on B lifetimes, rare decays and B{sup o} - {bar B}{sup o} mixing will be here reviewed. The first measurement of time dependent mixing at hadron collider is also presented.

The authors present recent CDF results on B lifetimes, B meson mass measurements, ratios of branching ratios, and rare decays. In addition, they present the first measurement of time-dependent B{sub d} mixing at CDF. Several results have been updated and a few new ones included since the workshop.

The 28th conference from the Rochester series was the major high energy physics conference in 1996. Volume one contains short reports on new theoretical and experimental results. Volume two consists of the review talks presented in the plenary sessions.
