This proceedings book presents research papers discussing the latest developments and findings in the fields of mining, machinery, automation and environmental protection. Volume 2 is arranged alphabetically by periodical title, rather than by abbreviation.

This work covers such topics as: EU directives and harmonization work; health, safety and environment; recent technical development - products and processes; shot hole development; and management of blasting operations.

This is an open access book. "Resources and Technology" (RESAT 2023) will be hosted by German-Mongolian Institute for Resources and Technology (GMIT), on June 19-20, 2023. Conference participants also have the opportunity to join an extension field trip to Baganuur (June 21, 2023), and to attend the 12 Regional Meeting of the Society of Mining Professors (SOMP) which immediately follows (June 22-23, 2023), also hosted by GMIT.
