This book constitutes the thoroughly refereed proceedings of the Third International Conference on Big Data, Cloud and Applications, BDCA 2018, held in Kenitra, Morocco, in April 2018.The 45 revised full papers presented in this book were carefully selected from 99 submissions with a thorough double-blind review process.
