The objective of this site assessment is to determine the extent of soil and groundwater contamination at the site of 315 N. Meadow St. and to assess the potential presence of soil vapor contamination in nearby residences resulting from the contaminated groundwater identified as part of a previous investigation. The contaminated groundwater is suspected to be the result of historic activities at the facility which has been used as a dry-cleaning service from the 1920's through the present.

This plan is designed to provide detailed step-by-step procedures for field activities to be conducted in the vicinity of the Angelo Dry Cleaners property located in the City of Ithaca.
