Cette quatrième édition de Pharmacognosie, phytochimie, plantes médicinales a été profondément revue, restructurée et augmentée de 150 pages. Pour permettre aux professionnels de santé et aux utilisateurs de plantes de bien utiliser les plantes en situation de soins, cette quatrième édition privilégie les données factuelles leur permettant d'évaluer, au cas par cas, la balance bénéfices-risques.
