Subtracting needed acreage in the Destina tion Park category - from the total needed acreage in Class III leaves a balance of acres. The cost estimate to acquire and develop this acreage is 233 million dollars. To help interpret the nature of Class III needs, it should be pointed out that specialized outdoor recreation areas are of the nature that fee acquisition is not always necessary or desirable for them.
