Algebraic structures on linguistic sets associated with a linguistic variable are introduced. The linguistics with single closed binary operations are only semigroups and monoids. We describe the new notion of linguistic semirings, linguistic semifields, linguistic semivector spaces and linguistic semilinear algebras defined over linguistic semifields. We also define algebraic structures on linguistic subsets of a linguistic set associated with a linguistic variable. We define the notion of linguistic subset semigroups, linguistic subset monoids and their respective substructures. We also define as in case of deals in classical semigroups, linguistic ideals in linguistic semigroups and linguistic monoids. This concept of linguistic ideals is extended to the case of linguistic subset semigroups and linguistic subset monoids. We also define linguistic substructures.

In this book we explore the possibility of extending the natural operations on reals to intervals and matrices. The extension to intervals makes us define a natural class of intervals in which we accept [a, b], a greater than b. Further, we introduce a complex modulo integer in Z_n (n, a positive integer) and denote it by iF with iF^2 = n-1.

Paul Dirac, who died in 1984, was without question one of the greatest physicists of the twentieth century. His revolutionary contribution to modern quantum theory is remembered for its insight and creativity. He is especially famous for his prediction of the magnetic moment and spin of the electron and for the existence of antiparticles. He was awarded the Nobel Prize for physics in 1933 at the age of 31. In this memorial volume, 24 of Dirac's friends, colleagues and contemporaries remember him with affection. There are chapters describing Dirac's personality, and many anecdotes about the man with a reputation for silence. Other chapters describe Dirac's science and its impact on modern physics.

Likert scale is the most widely used psychometric scale for obtaining feedback. The major disadvantage of Likert scale is information distortion and information loss problem that arise due to its ordinal nature and closed format. Real-world responses are mostly inconsistent, imprecise and indeterminate depending on the customers’ emotions. To capture the responses realistically, the concept of neutrosophy (study of neutralities and indeterminacy) is used. Indeterminate Likert scale based on neutrosophy is introduced in this paper. Clustering according to customer feedback is an effectiveway of classifying customers and targeting them accordingly. Clustering algorithm for feedback obtained using indeterminate Likert scaling is proposed in this paper. While dealing real-world scenarios, indeterminate Likert scaling is better in capturing the responses accurately.
