After spending many years in corporate business. It never ceased to astound me as to the lack of knowledge or ability of young adults looking for employment. Some would appear for interviews as if like 'rabbits in the headlights' not even knowing the very basic answers to many simple employment questions. This I found even more frustrating when later working in a voluntary capacity with a government funded organisation, helping to secure work for youngsters. After suggesting a weekly 'Job Club' I delivered a weekly 'Job Ready' programme that over a very short space of time became very was successful in getting many of these youngsters not only into work but with a better understanding of themselves as well as greater knowledge of the recruitment process. It was on the back of this programme that it was suggested there is a need for this to help not only young adults but to also assist with anyone who is need of help and direction to secure employment. This short video may help to clarify the story behind the book and how it can help you.https: //www.youtube.com/watch?v=3VQ09_ZW2cg&t=8s
